Helene Viljoen is a respected South African attorney with extensive experience in Contract, Intellectual Property, Business Law and Media Law. She is the founding director of Clicklaw and law firm, Helene Viljoen Incorporated, and serves a wide range of clients ranging from start-ups to JSE-listed companies. 

Helene is also the co-author of university course material and has acted as guest lecturer at multiple tertiary institutions. She is also a public speaker who advises companies, organisations and individuals on the responsible and lawful use of social media and artificial intelligence.
